36 disabled people in Southampton and Poole could be affected
36 disabled factory workers in Hampshire and Dorset could find themselves out of a job.
Two-thirds of Remploy factories may be shut as they are losing money - 36 of the 54 in the UK.
The Government-owned company provides disabled people with work.
19 workers would go from the Southampton factory and 17 from the Poole factory if the closures get the go ahead.
A consultation's due to take place.
The Department of Work and Pensions says the money's not being cut, it'll just be channelled into more useful ways of helping disabled people get back to work.
