B&Q has announced redundancies at its Eastleigh head office today as part of a major restructing of the company.
220 roles are being scrapped at the Hampshire based companys head office, and those staff are being consulted today.
In their place 100 new jobs in Easleigh are being created as part of the reorganisation at the DIY retailer.
B&Q has told us they're offering enhanced redundancy packages, which go way beyond statutory requirements, to all those affected.
The retailer says the restructuring process will ensure that B&Q is building sustainable jobs for the future.
